Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how NoNoVAT LLC, 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA (“NoNoVAT”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses and shares personal information when you use nonovat.com, app.nonovat.com and our services. Questions: bonjour@nonovat.com.
Information we collect
- Account: email address, preferred language.
- Your situation: country of residence, nationality, US tax status, business activity, website, where your clients are, revenue range.
- You and your LLC members: name, date of birth, nationality, email, phone number, postal address, ownership percentage, role.
- Documents: government ID, proof of address, signed SS-4 and any other document you upload.
- Your LLC: name, structure, EIN, state filing number, official documents.
- Payments: amounts, payment history and Stripe identifiers. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never receive your full card number.
- Records: date and time you accepted the Terms of Service; name, date and IP address of your Operating Agreement signature.
- Communications: messages and emails you exchange with our team.
- Technical data: log data such as IP address and browser type, collected by our hosting providers to run and secure the service.
How we use it
- to form your LLC, obtain your EIN and provide the registered agent and annual plan;
- to prepare the applications you request with banks and payment providers;
- to process payments, keep records of orders and comply with legal and tax obligations;
- to send you service emails, including renewal reminders, and answer your messages;
- to prevent fraud and keep the service secure.
We do not sell your personal information, do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and do not use it for advertising.
How we share it
We share only what is needed with:
- the Secretary of State of Wyoming or New Mexico and the IRS, to form your LLC and obtain your EIN (state filings may become public records);
- our licensed partner registered agent, which files your LLC and receives your mail;
- the banks and payment providers you choose to apply to;
- our service providers: Supabase (database and file storage, servers in the European Union), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email delivery);
- authorities when required by law, or to protect our rights.
International users
NoNoVAT is based in the United States and serves customers worldwide. Your information is processed in the United States and in the European Union. By using the service, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in these countries.
Retention
We keep your information while your account is active and for up to 7 years after our relationship ends, to meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations and to answer requests from authorities. We then delete it or make it anonymous.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest and restrict access to your documents to you and the NoNoVAT team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Cookies
The nonovat.com website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It stores your language choice in your browser and calls the public api.frankfurter.dev service, which receives your IP address, to show prices in your currency. The client area uses only the cookies required to keep you signed in.
Your choices and rights
You can access, update or delete your information, or ask for a copy, by writing to bonjour@nonovat.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights; we will honor them as required by applicable law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them. Some information cannot be deleted while we are legally required to keep it.
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version on this page and notify you by email of any material change.
